Originally educated in business economics, I have been active as a consultant and trainer in various contexts and cultures for more than 25 years. Initially, I worked as an internal consultant to enable a group-wide cultural change at Schott AG. I was a sparring partner for the management, helped to develop the worldwide change process, facilitated workshops, trained managers and employees, and promoted measurement of the success of this process.

In my current work as a freelance consultant and trainer, I am particularly interested in working with my clients to develop solutions and approaches that are appropriate to their organisation and secure its future viability.
I like to support processes that empower teams for self-organisation, create the necessary organisational framework, and to accompany leaders into their new role. I‘m particularly motivated by the question how organisations can act and manage in a more regenerative way and how the path to achieving this can be a success.

My clients and partners describe me as goal-oriented and structured, yet appreciative and loyal. They appreciate my large repertoire of methods, the ability to ask the right questions and to integrate everyone's competences in order to achieve new results. I enable people to reestablish positive relationships with each other and with what is important to them individually. This creates a new basis for cooperation, courage and clarity, which in turn releases energy for something new.

I continue to grow in expertise through regular further training.

I am an active member of various associations and organisations, such as agile-gilde.org and dynamic-facilitation.org, in order to continue to develop professionally.
In addition, I am engaged in the economy for the common good (ECG) and pursue the question of how regenerative economic activity can succeed.
